    To our customers, Society Red remains firm in our prioritization of the health and well-being of our community. We are maintaining regular business operations and our primary objective throughout this time is to ensure we maintain our quality of service at all levels.

     

    Order Processing

    Society Red is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order. Currently, orders are taking 7-10 business days on average to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Depending on the item, some orders may be processed sooner or later.

     

    Shipping

    For our U.S.A customers, after placing your order, please allow up to 21 business days at this time for your items to ship. International orders may exceed usual shipping times due to delays. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

    You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Or USPS First Class. Society Red is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

    Please note, Society Red does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    At this time, we are not accepting any returns due to COVID-19, we are taking all measures necessary to ensure safety for our staff and customers. We do not offer exchanges on our products. If you believe a product you have received from us is faulty, please get in touch with us using the email below.
